What a great event we had at Friends Of Werribee Park Horse Trials to begin the new season! We finally got to put the winter training to the test and it showed with all horses performing perfectly to their individual plans and all of Sam’s rides coming in roughly 5 seconds under the optimum time on xc!
A highlight for Jaybee Calypso was the clear and under time cross country round in the CNC2star class to finish him in 5th place overall.
Woodmount Lolita maintained her enviable record and comfortably finished 3rd in EvA105.
Wimborne Conjuror is becoming stronger and more relaxed at each event, he also finished on his dressage score to take 5th place in EvA80.
And Mr Spot overcame some green moments while showing improvement, to go double clear and ending in 10th position.
Wendy and Isaac went clear of jump faults, but took her time on xc to proudly complete her first horse trials on Northern Isaac! It is great to have the whole team on the competition scene again!
