On November 23 and 24 I ended the competition season at Tooradin Horse Trials, and it was a great way to finish with all of my horses coming home with rosettes! Congratulations to the committee who really changed it up this year with lots of new initiatives, the grounds looked amazing and the courses rode really well! Cross country day in Adelaide has been great! Lily was a super star and flew around the 3* clear and under time to move her into 3rd position going into showjumping! I couldn’t be happier with her and so glad to be able to share it with Fiona Mitchell. Calypso went around the 4* clear picking up just a couple of time penalties but gave me a great feel most of the way! On the weekend Fiona Mitchell's Woodmount Lolita added another win to what can only be described as a phenomenal season! Friends of Woady Yaloak Equestrian Association and all the volunteers did a great job running the event, thank you to all those involved and A Bit In A Bucket for their sponsorship of Lily’s class. Thank you to Tonimbuk Horse Trials Inc. for the opportunity to blow the cobwebs out and get the horses doing some freshmans jumping in preparation for the new season.
